Hydraulics

At our dedicated Hydraulics Shop we carry out the assessment, repair, refurbishment and reclamation of hydraulic components & hydraulic cylinders in line with the requirements of ISO 10100.

Following our comprehensive assessment process we will provide you with a recommendation for the best way to move forward.  If replacement is the safest, most cost effective option - that is what we will suggest. We also have a range of standard cylinders that are designed, certified and manufactured on the premises or if we don’t already have one, we can develop a product to meet your requirements.

Cylinder Repairs & Overhauls

Assessment, seal replacements, build up and rebore, shaft replacements, re-chroming, barrell replacements, clevis refurbishment, re-bushing, reassemble, hydraulic testing and painting.

Whether manufacturing or repairing cylinders, all welding is carried out by qualified welders to the relevant code in our Fabrication Shop, with any Machining required also being completed in-house, by our highly skilled machinists. The Project Manager coordinates the process to ensure the delivery of a quality product in line with your schedule and budget. The same process used specifically for individual cylinder repair and manufacture is also applied to items that come into our workshop as part of a larger equipment overhaul.

The multiple workshops we have here at the one facility coordinate to ensure that project targets are met.
